Which class format is for me?

Large or small

Think about what group size will work for your context. Is your community used to large classes? Do you have a home group that wants to go through the course together? Each has its benefits, but one might work better than another in your context.

Video or live instruction

Small group cohorts use our video resources, while most large classes feature in-person instructors.

The online class uses streaming video or downloadable audio.

Creative and flexible scheduling

Whether a class or a cohort, you can meet weekly or monthly, or anything in between.
